Denver Water is the "managing authority" for Chatfield as indicated in the 1979 <br />Chatfield agreement <br /> <br />. Denver Water asserted that they: <br /> <br />o Support the Chatfield Reallocation Effort <br />o Have continued interest in Ecosystem Restoration for in-stream benefits on <br />the S. Platte River below the reservoir <br />o Seek a pumping project to access water rights in Denver's pool <br />o Desire to protect what they have right now related to Chatfield <br />
