Tom: Let me know if you run into resistance, we put in a lot of effort, should be equal. If there
appears to be a problem, let me know. Can try and iron them out.

Rick: If you look at all the parts, this one component is holding back, anything to push this up to
get all ready sooner, that would be good. Hugely, into money, and can we even do it, huge
Issues.

Tom: Seems like we're pretty far on ecosystem restoration. Plan is out, Tracy pretty much
drafted what he needs to do at this point.

Bill: When should we expect the next chapter, and what will it be?

Tom: The preliminary draft EIS. Do you mean EIS chapter? Next release will be the
preliminary draft EIS.

Ronda: The understanding Chatfield water authority has was revisions to interm reports were
coming, and an appendix to those chapters.

Rick: That would be part of chapter 4, water quality impacts. Don't know if mitigation is part of
that as well. That is a part we'd like to see as soon as possible. It keeps getting kind of lost in
the shuffle.

Tom: I was under the impression we were going to see everything at once. Between preliminary
and draft released to public, there will be changes made.

Rick: Within 6 months to get to the draft in pieces.

Tom: Don't know when we see pieces, and when we get to comment, and when its all together.

Ronda: There may be gaps in some of the sections, those sections will come out later, don't
want to suggest multiple versions.

Tom: One way or another those gaps need to be filled, don't know how Corps is going to do
that.

Rick: If you come back with any clarification, that would be real progress. Get this going.

Tom: Anything else on environmental we want to talk about today. Ken?

Ken: Elevation resolved, don't have an exact answer for reallocation. TT is working on that.
Betty Peake will be going through socio-economic. We have some data to provide her. When
we get to that. So that's where we're at, waiting for that issue to be resolved. Then asked by
Brooke in TT to provide data, it's our understanding we will meet Parks and Corps on site to
come up with the best numbers with Betty's work.

Bill: Do you need info on Chatfield's botanic garden visitation?

8
