Ken: Elevation issue is key, but we are close.

Tom: If you guys are right, that will simply things.

Ronda: When it goes public, what is your plan? Parks board first?

Ken: Parks board, then to the public. First version already to Parks Board. The other alternative
is added in there.

Ronda: When is next board meeting? December.

Rick: (showing 2 page document) These are being handed out at the entryway.

Anne: Which elevation is being used on there. 1929?

Ken: Question about that public outreach, if we can produce a quantify of those, saying pretty
generic, if you want info, you can request it, but we've really never discussed if we want to do
this. Do you have an update?

Tom: Someone produced 500 copies, felt not near enough for traffic for the park,

Ken: We use 20,000 a year of our park brochure, that might be a reasonable number.
Discussion to pool resource to make more readily available,

Tom: When we get in that range, some dollars involved.

Bill: When we did Cherry Creek, gave out only by request. Too much throwaway.

Ronda: Is it on the web site?

Tom: It's on ours.

Anne: If it just says "reallocation", Ken, most of public has no idea what you're talking about.
That word has no meaning whatsoever.

Tom: Get some more copies made?

Bill: Coordinating this PR effort, today's agenda or another meeting? Coordination meeting
Issue.

Tom: So item 9 belongs in a Coordination meeting. To wrap up, I like your idea, Ken, come up
with a way to produce a lot of them. Find a good word for reallocation.

5) Chatfield Basin Conservation Network/CWCB Proposal

10
