. Tracy Bouvette, working with Rich Vidmar and Kevin Urie (Denver Water) will
circulate information regarding South Platte Water Related Activities Program
(SPWRAP) to all water users for their consideration to help stream line evaluations of
downstream mitigation needs related the project's future depletions.
. Some understanding is needed with the EIS team to determine how membership with
the SPWRAP will help in evaluating EIS and FR alternatives, and in streamlining
future Section 7 consultations. This will be a topic for future TetraTech meetings.
. Ronda Sandquist and Rick McLoud spoke regarding our need for two sub-committees
formed with water users (from both upstream and downstream interests), to talk about
and make provisions for future contracting during project mitigation tasks.
. We need to revisit the organizational chart to better clarify project communications
between the local team members and the USACE, and other project stakeholders.
This will be a topic for one of the next Water User Coordination Meetings.
. Tracy Bouvette will begin to pursue the possibilities/requirements for agricultural use
of Chatfield space in terms of the FR/EIS - including the inclusion of agricultural use
in the alternatives, the interim nature of agricultural water use, and the cost breaks, if
any, for inclusion of agricultural water in the reallocated storage. A committee was
suggested and should be formed to assist in this regard. Communications with
USACE will be documented and CWCB should be notified of all communications
and findings. (Note: Contact with USACE should be handled through Eric Laux and
Sandy Rayl).

Finally, a discussion was made regarding whether or not to waive the "Pre-Draft EIS"
review of chapters, and the group decided that it is best not to waive this review at this
time.

Attendee list will be scanned and sent as a PDF file via separate email.

The next meeting will be at the same location on May 1st at 1 :30 pm. Location to be
determined.
