Status of Continuing Resolution (post-February 15th) <br />2. Opportunities for internal reprogramming of funds <br />3. Importance of continued federal and non-federal funding <br /> <br />Review of EIS Approach 9:45 to 11: 15 (with a 15 minute break) <br />1. Best possible schedule -10 minutes <br />2. Ecosystem restoration is supported but remains on separate track - 10 minutes <br />3. Review of proj ect purpose and need - 10 minutes <br />4. Review of project assumptions - 15 minutes <br />a. FR/EIS identifies negative impacts (environmental and recreational) and develops <br />feasibility level needs and costs for mitigating the impacts <br />b. Process for developing the preferred alternative <br />c. Recreation Mitigation Study and Corps policies that impact operations for State Parks <br />2. Approach for alternatives analyses, including the "no action" alternative <br />3. Use of "rolled up" scenarios rather than 16 different options <br />4. Communications with BOR and confirmation of no impact to BOR projects (need letter) <br />5.
