The CWCB is grateful for all of the hard work and efforts expended by the study team and water users
thus far. This is a very important project to the State, and has implications for successful transfer of
storage space from one use type to another. The CWCB will work hard to help develop a successful
outcome for this study.
. Tom Browning will continue to serve as the project coordinator and facilitator for the CWCB.
. Rick McLoud has offered to coordinate internal project meetings and act as a liaison for the water users.
He will meet with the CWCB to assist in facilitating all of the working components of the Chatfield
Reallocation Study. Regular reports will be made to the group as a whole to avoid communication gaps.
. The CWCB requests that meetings regarding pursuit of environmental restoration be shared as reports to
the group.

Feasibilitv Cost Share A2:reement
. Change Order # 3 is being executed between the CWCB and Corps right now. The funding from this
change order is water users funding to be used at the start of the federal fiscal year in October 1,2005.
. All Water Users have signed contracts in place with the exception of State Parks. Paul Flack and the
CWCB are working on this.
. All funding has been received from Water Users and totals $491K. State Parks was credited with $25K
out of the $50k study that they are expending on the Phase II Recreation Mitigation Study. The Corps
needs to review the SOW for this project and document the project credit with the CWCB.

Flood Protection. Water Supply Planning and Finance.
