Update on Conservation and Efficiency, Alternative Agricultural Transfers, and Prioritize <br />Environment and Recreation Needs TRTs Progress <br />. Overview of Performance Measures from SWSI <br />. Assignments for Next Meeting <br /> <br />Copies of the presentation materials were distributed to TRT members. Comments and <br />questions received throughout the meeting were recorded and are included in the meeting <br />notes below. The summary is not intended to be a verbatim account and answers to the <br />questions are not always summarized here. The purpose of the summary is to provide an <br />overview of the process and the general tenure of the meeting. <br /> <br />Objective of Addressing the Gap Technical Roundtable <br /> <br />Rick Brown presented the objective of the Addressing the Gap TRT and reminded the <br />roundtable members of the mission of the group, the meeting plan for the Gap TRT, and how <br />the SWSI Phase 2 process will interact with the 1177 process. <br /> <br />Elements of the Statewide Water Supply Gap <br /> <br />Kelly DiNatale discussed the elements of the statewide water supply gap including M&I gap <br />failure of identified projects and processes, agricultural shortages, and recreational and <br />environmental needs. Comments on the M&I gap and uncertainty included: <br /> <br />. Underestimated upper Gunnison gap. <br />.
