Approved by May Board <br />Meeting specific proposals. <br />Information memo is on CWCB website, which has evaluation criteria. <br />New Water Development -Tames Eklund Attorney General's Office Presented the "Law of <br />the Piver" <br />Questions: <br />Rod Kullarich: Has the preferred alternative come out any differently: <br />Tames Eklund: No, but Arizona wants more water in Mead, Colorado wants more >11 Powell. <br />Has Colorado began any efforts to quantify its consumptive use? <br />Tames Eklund: No <br />Rick Brown: Colorado through CDSS 11as come up wifll CU numbers. <br />Are t11e tributary feeds to Mexico included in these figures? <br />Tames Eklund: Yes <br />Colorado believes tributaries are part of system, not all states do. <br />You said until Lake Powell is a dead pool we would not be curtailed?
