Staff Recommendation <br />Approve the staff recommendation regarding seeking broad statutory authority to implement <br />Water Partnership Projects. <br />Approve the staff recommendation regarding seeking the authority to use the Perpetual Base <br />Account to pro~~ide grants to fund Water Partnership Projects if the Perpetual Base Account and <br />the Construction are not merged into a single Fund. <br />The staff has the authorization to work with the Executive Director's Office, the Governor's <br />Office and members of the General Assembly regarding the specific language. <br />The staff shall keep Board members informed regarding the progress of discussions regarding <br />the proposed statutory change. <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />Flood Protection • Water Project Planning and Finance • Stream and Lake Protection <br />Water Supply Protection • Conservation and Drought Planning • Intrastate Water Planning <br />
