<br />We reviewed a request dated April 23, 1998, for a Letter of Map Amendment. All required information for
<br />this request was received on October 7, 1998. Using the information submitted and the effective National Flood
<br />Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood Hazard
<br />Area (SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled or
<br />exceeded in any given year (base flood).

<br />Property Description: Stroh Ranch Phase 2A, portions of Sections 33 and 34, Township 6 South,
<br />Range 66 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, as described in the Special Warranty
<br />Deed recorded as Instrument No. 8805384 in Book 780, Pages 231 through
<br />236, in the Office of the Recorder, Douglas County, Colorado
<br />

<br />This letter amends the above-referenced NFIP map to remove the property from the SFHA. The property is
<br />now in Zone X (shaded), an area of moderate flooding outside the SFHA.
