Based on limited water availability, the <br />summer flow recommendation was further reduced to 5.0 cfs (2.0 cfs enlargement) from September 1 to <br />October 31. <br />Precipitation Data <br />Staff reviewed local precipitation data sets from two weather stations located in the proximity of the Badger <br />Creek drainage. Table 3 shows the water year and the percent of average precipitation recorded at each site. <br />The average precipitation during the period of 1980 to 2003 is 89 percent of average at the Salida station <br />and 107 percent of average at the Guffey 10 SE station, indicating that the period of record for the gage is <br />reflective of average conditions. <br />Table 3: Precipitation llata as a percentage ot'Average <br />
