Consent Agenda Item l.c <br />Case No. 5-07CW154: Application of John Morris <br />Application Summary <br />This is an application for anon-tributary ground water right and approval of a plan for augmentation <br />near Redstone in Pitkin County (see map). Applicant seeks a conditional ground water right for <br />Rock Tunnel for 300 gpm for irrigation of up to 20 acres and augmentation use.
