Consent Agenda Item l.b <br />Case No. 5-07CW146: Application of Copper Mountain, Inc. & <br />Copper Mountain Consolidated Metropolitan District <br />Application Summary <br />This is an application for a change of water rights within the Copper Mountain ski area in Summit <br />County. Applicants seek to change the point of di~~ersion and place of use for 1.37 cfs of the West <br />Tenmile Ditch water rights. Applicants propose to divert this right at the Copper Mountain <br />Consolidated Metropolitan District's Well Nos. 1 and 3 (see map).
