Application Summary
This is an application to amend a previously approved plan for augmentation in Eagle County near
Gypsum (see map). The Applicant's previously approved plan for augmentation vas based on a
maximum water requirement of 280 of per year di~~erted from the Initial Wells, Well F and the wells
in the American Gypsum Well Field. The exchange associated with this augmentation plan was
limited to 270 of per year. The Applicant has now determined that the maximum water requirement
may reach 336 of per year at full production. By this application, Applicant seeks an amendment to
the existing decree to:
1. Increase the existing annua1280 of water use limitation to 336 af.
2. Increase the existing annual 270 of exchange limitation to 336 af. The exchange rate will
remain the same at 1 cfs.
The Applicant claims that augmentation water held by Applicant is more than sufficient to allow the
proposed increases. The augmentation water is provided through a contract with the Colorado
River Water Conservancy District that includes releases from Wolford Mountain, Eagle Park and
Green Mountain Reservoirs.

Potential for Injury
The Applicant's proposed plan for augmentation may injure the Board's instream flow water right
on the Eagle River by not replacing out-of-priority depletions in time, place and amount.
