<br />Also see: <br /> <br />Acquisitions File: 91/6/ACQ-001 <br /> <br />ISF Appropriation File: 6-01 CW1 06 <br /> <br />When Stagecoach Reservoir was permitted by FERC in <br />the late 1980's, there was a requirement in Paragraph ~~ <br />of their Environmental Commitment Plan that thE~ <br />District offer to donate water to CWCB to meet thE~ <br />District's minimum flow release of 20 cfs. Several! <br />meetings were held, and donation agreements werE~ <br />drafted to implement the provision. At a meeting with <br />interested parties in May 1995, Tom Sharp proposed thalt <br />a 1995 priority ISF right would be adequate to satisfy thE~ <br />District's requirement, so CWCB pursued a new juniolr <br />ISF appropriation which was ultimately decreed in caSE~ <br />no. 6-01 CW1 06.
