The water activity meets the eligibility requirements outlined in Part 2 ofthe Criteria and <br />Guidelines. <br /> <br />ELIGIBLE ACTIVITY: The model development proposed is an eligible activity, falling under the <br />category "studies or analysis of non structural needs, potential projects and activities." <br /> <br />ELIGIBLE ENTITY: SECWCD is an eligible entity in that it is a "Public Entity" which falls under the <br />category "Public (District) - special water and sanitation, conservancy, conservations, irrigation, water <br />activity enterprises." <br /> <br />2. The water activity is consistent with Section 37-75-102 Colorado Revised Statutes. The <br />requirements/language from the statute is provided in Part 3 of the Criteria and Guidelines. <br /> <br />Respect for private property rights is one of the core criteria adopted by the Committee for any models <br />which it would develop. <br /> <br />3. The water activity underwent an evaluation and approval process and wa<; approved by the Basin <br />Roundtable (BRT) and the application includes a description of the results of the BRTs <br />evaluation and approval of the activity. At a minimum, the description must include the level of <br /> <br />3 <br />
