FCLWD delivers more than 2,000 acre feet of water per year and is therefore a <br />covered entity as defined by the eligibility requirements of the CWCB. <br /> <br />5. The delivery information is <br />measured water use data from the District records. The population data is <br />generated by multiplying the end of year taps by an average 2.8 people per tap <br />for the District.
