(CWS) will complete the Water Conservation Plan for <br />the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District (FCLWD or District). Individuals from <br />CWS include Val Flory and Steve Nguyen. <br /> <br />Steve Nguyen is a professional engineer registered in the State of Colorado. He <br />has over nine years of experience in the water rights and water planning arena. <br />He has helped many clients manage their water resources including water supply, <br />water acquisition, water usage, and water conservation. <br /> <br />Val Flory is a professional engineer registered in the State of Colorado and has <br />over eight years of experience in water resources planning and management. She <br />will assist with the identification and quantification of conservation measures, <br />associated water savings, and overall plan development. <br /> <br />Mike DiTullio is the General Manager of the Water District and will give CWS <br />advice and general direction on all aspects of the project. Mike will be paramount <br />in the development of conservation measures and programs that the water district <br />and its constituents can potentially adopt. Water conservation measures will <br />impact District funds by reduced revenue from a reduction in water sales, but will <br />potentially benefit the District financially by postponing system improvements, <br />water right purchases, etc. Mike will assist in the development of plans to address <br />these issues as well as work with CWS on what the District can afford. <br /> <br />Clear Water Solutions, Inc. <br />Fort Collins-Loveland Water District eWCB Grant Application <br /> <br />1 <br />
