These services include policy analysis, engin~ering <br />and economic evaluation, and the development of information systems to support decision-making. <br />Our services also include environmental quality and assessment, permitting, and software and <br />database development. We are a small firm with 27 employees, headquartered in Boulder, Co orado <br />with a second office located in Socorro, New Mexico. <br /> <br />Water Conservation <br /> <br />Hydrosphere is committed to helping our clients ensure the long-term viability of their water supplies <br />and to encourage the efficient use of our region's resources. We understand the role water I <br />conservation can play in helping water providers manage supply and demand and the importa~ce of <br />identifying conservation measures that are appropriate and that meet targeted goals. Hydrosphere has <br />helped clients evaluate and implement a variety of successful conservation measures. Our staff has <br />decades of experience evaluating water supply systems, including considering underlying dembgraphic, <br />land use and cultural variables. We have developed effective demand reduction programs tail6red to <br />individual provider's water use patterns and savings potential from education, incentive and rettofit <br />programs; rate structures; and voluntary and mandatory restriction programs, among others. We are <br />also experienced with the practical aspects of implementing such programs. <br /> <br />We are Familiar with the CWCS's Preferred Plan Format <br /> <br />Hydrosphere has experience writing water conservation plans according to the CWCB's prefer~ed <br />format. A member of our project team recently attended two water conservation planning workshops <br />sponsored by the CWCB. We are currently working on a water conservation plan for the City df <br />Northglenn which follows the CWCB Guidance Document.
