NTM CWCB Water Conservation Plan Grant Application

Page U of 11
I

currently has several conservation measures and programs in place, a grant from the
CWCB would enable NTM to evaluate its service population to identify conservation
activities geared towards its specific water use and system characteristics. NTM ~ill use
the requested grant funding to develop a comprehensive Water Conservation Planl for
submission to the CWCB's Office of Water Conservation and Drought Planning for
approval. NTM will follow the CWCB's "Water Conservation Plan Development!
Guidance Document" during plan development. In addition to thoroughly evalua~ing a
wide variety of conservation measures and programs, NTM's Water Conservation I Plan
will contain a plan for monitoring, evaluating, revising and updating the plan once it has
been adopted.
