I have also enclosed an Operations Plan <br />(Exhibit A) as an addendum to this permit application. This request is actually a request to renew <br />two earlier weather modification permits (#s 2003-01 and 2003-02) issued through your <br />organization into one new five-year permit. We understand that we will need to publish a Notice <br />of Intent in potentially impacted counties prior to a public hearing conference call scheduled for <br />August 17, 2007. A couple of clarifications: 1) I would be the person in control of this project; <br />my address is included on our letterhead, 2) North American Weather Consultants, Inc. is <br />licensed to do business in Colorado and 3) Ms. Jane Lee would be the point of contact <br />representing the various sponsors of this program.
