<br />We reviewed your request dated February 8, 1998, for a Letter of Map Amendment. All required information
<br />for this request was received on April 22, 1998. Using the information submitted and the effective National
<br />Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) map, we determined the property described below is not in a Special Flood
<br />Hazard Area (SFHA), the area that would be inundated by the flood having a I-percent chance of being equaled
<br />or exceeded in any given year (base flood).

<br />Property Description: The Bluffs at Saddle Rock Ridge, and Trail Ridge Subdivision No.3, portions
<br />of Section 13, Township 5 South, Range 66 West, Sixth Principal Meridian, as
