<br />SEITIIISIX <br /> <br />New Castle <br /> <br />On August 14,2001, a thunderstorm over the Town of New Castle produced very heavy rain and <br />small hail. This storm was part of a string of storms that were moving slowly south through west <br />central Colorado. <br /> <br />6.1 STUDY AREA DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The majority of the affects of this storm were in the eastern portion of Garfield County, in <br />particular the Town of New Castle.
