<br />Executive Summary <br /> <br />was eroding County Road 60M. However, no discharge data from these smaller streams was <br />available. <br /> <br />. Approximately 20 miles of roadway, which were under construction, were impacted by <br />flooding and showed signs of at least partial inundation. This includes areas in both the San <br />Miguel River basin and Upper Dolores River watershed. <br /> <br />. CDOT incurred costs of approximately $2.8 million, including reconstruction of retaining <br />walls, debris removal, traffic control, and other costs. <br /> <br />. Two homes sustained major damage from the floods with several others experiencing minor <br />damages. Several vehicles were damaged as a result of being swept from Highway 145 as <br />mud and rock slid over the roadway surface. One vehicle was pushed into the riverbed. <br />Damages to private property were estimated to be approximately $400,000. <br /> <br />.
