John Rick made a motion to accept the minutes from <br />the last meeting. Dirk Ramsey seconded the motion. The motion to accept the nunutes <br />as submitted was passed. <br />Eric Hecox gave his presentation: <br />Eric discussed the various task orders from the N. Platte Roundtable: <br />1. Non-consumptive needs assessment strategy overview <br />2. Water supply availability - N. Platte decision support system <br />3. Town of Walden <br />Non-consurraptive Needs AssessNaents StNUtegy: <br />Eric explained the non-consumptive needs assessments strategy overview. There were <br />two messages he wanted the roundtable to take away from this: 1. this is a process w/ a <br />series of steps, common to all roundtables, but the roundtables control substance and <br />activities w/in each step. To have a common approach with local input is their goal. <br />They got feedback and non-consumptive group approved. 2. Their technical assistance <br />team needs to interface with either the full roundtable or a committee that will address <br />this, depending on how this roundtable would like to see this happen. <br />Eric explained how the needs assessment methodology worked, & how they came up <br />with the methodology, including the overall framework w/in which this is occurring. <br />Took info from SWSI and put it into a report, asked for roundtable feedback, and looked <br />
