The regression <br />equations are pu ~hed in the USGS Water-Resources Investigations Report "Analysis of the <br />Magnitude and Frequen~ of Floods in Colorado" dated 1996 and prepared by J .E. Vaill in <br />cooperation with the Color 0 De artment of Transportation and the Bureau of Land <br />Management. ~ , f}~ <br /> <br />The regional regression equations are based 0 flood requency analyses of streamflow data from <br />., <br />USGS gaging stations located within Colora 0 an adjacent states.
