Weekly rainfall totals <br />range frmn 1 to 12 inches of precipitation according tu the Intellicast \vebsite (Figure <br />2.8). It should be noted that the Intellicast maps use Zulu Time (UTC) as their time <br />basis, so the time period mapped for the Phillips County area is actually 6 hours behind <br />Zulu Time (i.e. 6:00AM June 12th to 6:00AM June 13th for the Daily Map). <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Through a llood threat information program managed by the CWCB. IIDR Inc. also <br />produced a daily precipitation map for the State of Colorado (see Figure 2.9).
