No injuries were reported as of mid-day. City <br />transportation officials were on the scene trying to determine <br />how to stop the flooding. <br /> <br />Standing on a the hillside behind the Tinseltown movie <br />theaters, Clyde Quimby watched as the brown floodwatE~rs <br />slowly filled the low area west of Dillon Drive where his <br />business, Colorado Tire, was being flooded. It's the second <br />time Quimby has seen rains drown his livelihood, but this <br />disaster looked like it was worsening. <br /> <br />"We had to evacuate about (10 a.m.)," he acknowledged.
