g) Summary of hydrologic analysis and results and their source. Include a table of peak discharges with stream location, drainage area, and design flows for the 10-, 25-, 50-, 100-, and SOO-year frequencies. h) Summary of hydraulic information, models, parameters, and e~planation of' all assumptions. i) A full explanation of differences between the results of this study and the previous NRCS study. j) Copies of all plan and profile sheets in 11 "xI7" format. Plotted sheets shall be of high quality so that Xerox copies can be made that are legible and easy to reacl. In index to the plan sheets shall also be provided. k) A list of references used for the study. Completion of Work The contractor shall complete the work as assigned in this Scope of Work and submit the draft reports no later than 40 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued by the CITY. The CITY and the CWCB shall have 30 calendar days to review the draft report and provide written comments to the ENGINEER. During the review period, the ENGINEER should be prepared to make a brief presentation and answer questions during a City Council and/or public meeting. The ENGINEER shall complete and deliver the final report: and submittals to the CITY within 15 calendar days of receipt of written review comments. Submittals Completion of the work will include the acceptable performance of all STUDY tasks and the delivery of three (3) copies of a draft report and ten (10) copies of the final report with included drawings, figures, and maps. Report format shall be a comb-bound 8.5" by 11" report with an acceptable cover (cover to be approved by CWCB and the CITY), an index, an executive summary, the main body of the report text, and 11 "xI7" folded maps. One set of original drawings shall be submitted. Contractor shall also deliver two (2) sets of error free and virus free 3 .5" high density floppy disks (or digital Compact Disks) containing digital tiles of the final report, hydraulic models, maps, profiles, drawings, and other project related files. Final report shall be provided in Microsoft Word format (version 6.0 or later). The contractor shall also submit two (2) copies of a t~:chnical addendum that shall include all backup information, calculations, correspondence, and other pertinent information related to the project. The technical addendum shall be a comb-bound 8.5" by 11" report with an acceptable cover (cover to be approved by CWCB), and an index.
