<br />The City is preparing to issue a Notice to Proceed to Associated Design Professionals, Inc.
<br />(ADP)(Mike Bartusek) for the Fourmile Floodplain Delineation Study following the City Council meeting on
<br />October 19, 1998. Attached is a copy of the agreement betwl:~en the City and ADP that Council will be asked
<br />to approve.
<br />
<br />Exhibit B to the Agreement is a list of the City's responsibilities, which include arranging for
<br />information to be obtained by CWCB from the NRCS and provided to ADP. That infomlation includes the
<br />HEC-II data and the digital mapping done by NRCS. Can YOlll begin the process to obtain the available
<br />information relative to the Fourmile Floodplain Report? Mikl~ Bartusek will want that information soon.
<br />Please let me know when we can expect transfer of the information to ADP.
