The total estimated cost for the work is Four Thousand, Five <br />Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00). <br /> <br />We consider the above proposal to be a Lump Sum price, based upon information we have been <br />able to obtain from you at this time, and will be billed monthly on a percent complete basis. If any <br />changes are made at a later date, an agreement will be reached between us as to the additional work <br />involved, for which you will be charged at our prevailing rates. This proposal is void if a signed <br />contract is not executed within 90 days of the date of submittal. <br /> <br />Thank you again for the opportunity to be of service.
