The Letter Agreement, Reference !Infonnation: City of Florence/Fremont County,
Colorado, Coal Creek Floodplain S"dy, dated April 2002, states that "The Sponsor will
provide 50% of the funds to the GovcVnment to initiate the work specified in the Scope of
Services. Two months from initia~on of the work, the Government will provide a
statement describing the work accoxPPlishcd and the remaining work to be perfonned.
The Sponsor will then provide the retfWnder of the funds to complete the study."

In accordance with the Letter ~ment, the u.s. Army Corps of Engineers,
Albuquerque District, is requesting Payment in the amount of $24,850, which is 50% of
the total study cost of $49,700. ~.
