<br />Section 1 - Project Overview <br /> <br />1. 1 Introduction <br />The Upper Willow Creek Watershed Flood Control and Stream Stability Study was conducted <br />by Agro Engineering, Inc. for the Willow Creek Reclamation Committee (WCRC) in Creede, <br />Colorado. Funding was provided by the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) and the <br />Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA's) Project Impact. Project review was <br />provided by Montgomery Watson Harza Americas, Inc. <br /> <br />The final project report is organized as follows: <br /> <br />Section 1: <br />Section 2: <br />Section 3: <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Introduction and Project Overview <br />Analysis of Problems <br />Development of Alternate Mitigation Strategies <br />Prioritization and Implementation <br /> <br />The final report was submitted after review of draft sections that were submitted to the WCRC as <br />technical memorandums. The draft version of Sections 1 and 2 were submitted as technical <br />memorandum 1, and Section 3 was submitted as technical memorandum 2. <br /> <br />1-1 <br />
