Summary <br />I <br />I <br /> This Phase B Report sets forth components of a comprehensive plan for improving drainage conditions along the <br />I Upper Lena Gulch, Apex Gulch, and Pleasant View Tributary drainageways. The plan represents a systematic <br />approach to identifying specific problem areas along the drainageways and determining feasible solutions. <br /> Economic factors as well as intangible factors were considered in selection of the specific recommended plan <br />I components. <br />Table 9 contains a summary of the recommended plan components by study reach from the upstream study limits to <br />I the outfall into Maple Grove ReseIVOir. <br />The plan components presented in this report are conceptual and at the preliminary design level.
