<br />HARMONY ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT AND <br />ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> <br />Additional Information for MT -2 Forms <br />(Prepared in Support of a CLOMR Applicationfor the <br />Cache la Poudre River at Harmony Road) <br /> <br />The proposed improvements would affect the regulatory floodplain and floodway in both <br />the Town of Timnath and unincorporated Larimer County. Consequently, two versions ofMT-2 <br />Form 1 (Overview & Concurrence Form) are included in this application, one each for the Town <br />of Timnath and Larimer County. <br /> <br />MT -2 Form 2 - Cache la Poudre River <br /> <br />Section B.4 - Models Submitted <br /> <br />In addition to the HEC-RAS models listed on Form 2, the following re-run effective and duplicate <br />effective HEC-2 models are included with this submittal. <br /> <br />Re-Run Effective HEC-2 Models (explained in report): <br /> <br />Larspl2: 10-,50- and 100-year floodplain model <br />TIM50088: 500-year floodplain model <br />Lamainfw: I-foot floodway model <br /> <br />Duplicate Effective HEC-2 Models <br /> <br />Larspl2: 10-,50- and 100-year floodplain model (unchanged from re-run model) <br />TIM50088: 500-year floodplain model (unchanged from re-run model) <br />DEFWRV: I-foot floodway model <br /> <br />In accordance with Larimer County floodplain regulations, Y2-foot floodway models are also included for <br />all conditions analyzed for this project. <br /> <br />Section C - Mapping Requirements <br /> <br />Two countywide annotated DFIRM panels (Nos. 101lF and lO13F) have been prepared and are attached <br />to this application. Tie-ins from the proposed condition floodplain and floodway boundaries to the <br />DFIRM flood hazard areas are shown. <br /> <br />Section D.1 - For CLOMR requests. do Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) Increase? <br /> <br />Comparisons of base flood elevations between each sequential condition analyzed for this study are <br />provided in the enclosed report.
