An estimated <br />2,500 to 3,500 people were ~oying themselves in one of <br />Colorado's most scenic river valleys that night and bad no <br />way of knOwing that the stete's worst natural disaster and <br />one of the worst 1lash 1loods nited States was <br />about to occur.
