<br />Introduction <br />This report details the results of the GPS control survey to support <br />photogrammetry and to provide coordinates for monuments set for the <br />Comanche Creek and Wolf Creek Drainage Study for the Adams County <br />Department of Public Works in Commerce City, Colorado. The project is <br />approximately bounded by 1-70 to the south, State Highway 79 to the west, <br />the northern boundary on Adams County to the north, and the Bradbury <br />Krebs Mile Road to the east; being just north of Strasburg, Colorado. <br />Monuments were set according to client specifications and GPS observations <br />were collected in accordance to 3rd order specifications. NAD 83 geographic <br />coordinates (cp, J.., and ellipsoidal ht, h) were provided for the control network <br />of 8 new and existing control stations. State plane coordinates and <br />orthometric heights are derived later;'using WinCorpscon, v5.x and Geoid 99. <br />The work completed by Accurate Consultants, Inc., included the following <br />elements: <br />. Reconnaissance and recovery of existing control <br />. Establish new control points <br />. Static GPS observation of existing and new control <br />. Post-processing, adjustment and control report preparation. <br />This report details the personnel and equipment used on the project and the <br />chronology of events, followed by a section outlining the methods and <br />procedures employed with analysis of results.
