<br /> <br />LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />.ii <br />ii <br /> <br />Following our meeting with the Colorado Depar~ment of Local <br />I <br />Affairs, the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the Town of <br />San Luis on or about July 24, 1990, we do hereby agree io provide <br />I <br />the services to complete the levee improvements and road <br />I <br />construction as referenced in the Scope of Services Exhibit A of <br />the Community Development Black Grant Contract f.or fund~ with <br />routing number 86-602. . I <br /> <br />Costilla County agrees to prOVide the labor, machinery and some <br />materials to construct the levee along the ea~t edge of Town and <br />the road construc~ion in compliance with the provisions and <br />specifications prOVided by WRC Engineering and the Town of San <br />Luis project engineers.
