(ERO) to become a special <br />technical advisor for the Chatfield, Colorado Storage Reallocation Feasibility Report <br />and Environmental Impact Statement (ElS). The invitation was extended in response <br />to a request by the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) that ERO be allowed <br />to provide advisory input. As the primary contact for ERO, I am pleased to accept the <br />invitation. <br /> <br />I have carefully read the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' expectations for ERO's <br />participation that are outlined in the invitation letter. I understand and agree with the <br />expectations, and I do not anticipate any difficulties in meeting them. <br /> <br />In addition to myself as the primary contact, Mary Powell will be ERO's secondary <br />point of contact.
