Upon completion of the Phase A report (Reference 22), the project sponsors reviewed the Phase A
report recommendations and selected improvements for preliminary design. Their final selections
are presented in a letter from Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to WRC on March 6, 1997.
Included in Appendix B are copies of all correspondence regarding this project received during the
Phase - A performance of this project. Included in Appendix C are copies of all correspondence
regarding this project received subsequent to the Phase A report. This information, along with the
project and public meeting minutes, the Phase A report, and the FHAD report, provides a complete
documentation of the project progress leading up to and including the preparation of this Phase B
report.
