<br />Upon completion of the Phase A report (Reference 22), the project sponsors reviewed the Phase A <br />report recommendations and selected improvements for preliminary design. Their final selections <br />are presented in a letter from Urban Drainage and Flood Control District to WRC on March 6, 1997. <br />Included in Appendix B are copies of all correspondence regarding this project received during the <br />Phase - A performance of this project. Included in Appendix C are copies of all correspondence <br />regarding this project received subsequent to the Phase A report.
