Vail ditch. Lurline Curran reported that they have executed the contract to purchase the Vail <br />Ditch water shares and that they are awaiting closing. <br />d. Roaring Fork Watershed. Marls Fuller reported that the Phase I draft has been completed, <br />and that the Roaring Fork Watershed anticipates it will make a second grant request for <br />Phase II to the CBRT in 2008. <br />12. Requested future discussion topics. <br />a. Lurline Curran recommended that water quality in the Colorado River is at risk, and that 15 <br />years ago a water desalination plant was recommended in Glenwood Springs. She <br />recommended that we address this issue again. <br />b.
