1. Dave Merritt presented an overview of the Water Availability Study, designed to determine <br />water available for current and fiiture development in Colorado. <br />2. A handout described Aaron Million's Green River Pumpback proposal. A memo by Eric Kulu1 <br />encouraging the CRWCD Board to oppose the project until the consumptive, non-consumptive, <br />and energy needs assessments are completed, and a response by Million's attorneys to allow the <br />proposal to go forward and be evaluated under the NEPA process were also included. <br />September 24, 2007 <br />Eric Hecox led a discussion of the Water Availability Study scope of work.
