Kirby Wynn, iJSGS, and Cathy Kav, Western Colorado Congress, discussed water requirements <br />for oil shale and mineral development on the Western Slope <br />3. Rick Brown, CWCB, discussed and suggested improvements to recent SB 179 giant <br />applications. <br />March 2G. 2007 <br />1. .Tames Pritchett. CSU agricultural economist, discussed the impact to local tat revenues if <br />irrigated agricultural land is taken out of production when agricultural water uses are redirected <br />for municipal and industrial uses. <br />2. Eric Kuhn. Colorado River Water Consel-~~ation District, discussed the potential impact of global <br />winning on Colorado water resources. and the need for Colorado to determine how it will <br />respond to a call on the river b~' lower basin states. <br />3.
