Figure 4b: Schematic of the flight plan (2 phase) during SPECTRA 1 <br />nd <br />2.4 The weather conditions during SPECTRA 1. <br />Since SPECTRA 1 was not based in one particular region, and flights were conducted in an area of <br />convective development within the boundaries of the Texas cloud seeding programs and the surrounding <br />counties in the neighboring states of New Mexico and Oklahoma, it is difficult to summarize the weather <br />conditions for each flight.
