Adopt the following working philosophy: Any action by Reclamation related to the <br />operation of Glen Canyon Dam which is a result of comments/recommendations by the AMWG <br />will require compliance with environmental laws (e.g. NEPA, ESA, NHPA). <br /> <br />2. Request that Reclamation have an environmental compliance official present at TWG <br />meetings. <br />I,) e, <br />3. .1 Review the Adaptive Management Program, including GCMRC annual work plans and <br />Reclamation activities, specifically to ensure that ESA-reIated studies and activities adequately <br />address the requirements of the Biological Opinion on the Operation of Glen Canyon Dam. <br /> <br />4. Request that GCMRC, working cooperatively with Reclamation, U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br />Service, and other entities, provide appropriate information supporting a programmatic NEPA <br />approach. <br /> <br />12110/97 <br />
