<br />planner, designer, and engineer for this $100,000 project, which included modificatioB of an
<br />unsigbtly diversion structure made of dumped concrete and rubble. The river restoration
<br />included the diversion of water using na~ly appearing features, which provide in-stream
<br />habitat for endangered fish species.
