<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Colorado Water Conservation Board in <br />regular meeting assembled in Canon City, Colorado, this 12th day of March 2007, that it does hereby <br />designate and approve as detailed floodplain information the 100-year floodplain, I-ft floodway, and <br />0.5-ft floodway delineations for Murphy Creek in the City of Aurora and Arapahoe County contained <br />in said new Flood Hazard Area Delineation dated August 2006; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board does hereby rescind the detailed and <br />approximate 100-year and floodplain and floodway information contained in Resolutions No. 49, 117, <br />277, 334, 353, 354.01, 405, 507, 508, 509, and 538 for the studied reaches of Murphy Creek and its <br />tributaries contained in said new report dated August 2006; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Board is directed to send a certified <br />copy of this resolution to the City of Aurora, Arapahoe County, Urban Drainage and Flood Control <br />District, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency Region 8. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I certify that the foregoing is a true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by a majority vote of the <br />members of the Colorado Water Conservation Board in regular session assembled at Canon City, <br />Colorado on the 12th day of March, 2007, at which a quorum was present. <br /> <br /> <br />Subscribed and affirmed before me in the county of V.Q.f\v.e.r- , State of <br />Colorado, this day of ~, 2007. <br /> <br />'>A ~ '-111. 7JQAlt <br /> <br />~~a~'s official signature) <br /> <br />q J ~ 31 ~(\' 1 <br />(Commission expiration date) <br /> <br />4 <br />
