The replacetnents are tnade with another <br />source of water. Depletions tnust be replaced in <br />titne, place and atnount in order protect senior <br />water rights. The application for approval of a <br />plan for augtnentation in water court allows <br />others the opportunity to express their concerns <br />regarding its ability to protect their water rights. <br />
