<br />Agenda Item 18 <br />May 22-23,2007 Board Meeting <br />Page 10 of 10 <br /> <br />to existing Navajo Reservoir water supply contracts for other uses, under the allocations <br />made to New Mexico in Articles III and XIV of the Upper Colorado River Basin <br />Compact. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that nothing in this Resolution, or resulting from <br />the adoption of this Resolution, shall limit the right or ability of any Upper Basin State to <br />develop the full apportionment made to it under the Colorado River Compact and the <br />Upper Colorado River Basin Compact. <br /> <br />13E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be transmitted to <br />the Regional Director, Upper Colomdo Region, 13ureau of Reclamation, Salt Lake City, <br />Utah. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE <br /> <br />I, Don A.
