Consent Agenda Item l.b Case No. 1-07CWI46: Application of Flying J Ranch, LLC et al. Application Summary This is an application for a ground water right, storage right, and approval of a plan for augmentation and exchange near Cheesman Reservoir in Jefferson County. Applicant seeks the following: 1. Ground water right for Flying J Ranch Well for 50 gpm, conditional (Appr 3/1/06), and for 10 gpm, absolute (60 gpm total), to be used for all purposes at the Ramah Camp and JCC Camp, including domestic, ilTigation, fire protection, swimming pool, and stockwatering purposes. 2. Storage water right for Flying J Pond for 5 AF, conditional (Appr 3/1/06), with right to fill and refill primarily for augmentation purposes, but also for irrigation, recreation, aesthetic, piscatorial, wildlife protection and propagation, and fire protection. 3. Approval of a supplemental plan for augmentation and exchange to replace out-of-priority depletions associated with uses at the Ramah Camp and J CC Camp. Application states that the original augmentation plan, decreed in Case No. 95CW154, will remain in full force and effect and continue to operate. The sources for the supplemental plan for augmentation are Mountain Mutual Reservoir Company (MMRC) shares (augmentation by exchange) and releases from Flying J Pond (on-site). Other Obiectors Centelmial Water and Sanitation District also filed a statement of opposition to this application.
